Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made in writing and received before August 26, 2026, will incur a $25 cancellation fee. 

Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made in writing and received After August 26, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund. 
Substitutions: Substitutions are welcome and can be made in writing at any time before the event with no substitution fee.
